The problem
After receiving a long assessment report, users still ask what the findings mean and how to apply them. They needed answers and concise summaries grounded in the same evidence.
The approach
- Designed a RAG interpretation flow using individual results and approved documents
- Defined prompts, interpretation logic, and review criteria with developers and designers
- Used Claude Code to turn forty-page reports into eight-slide carousels
The outcome
- Designed an assessment interpretation framework using 432 reference documents
- Built a workflow producing eight-slide carousels
