Structure, generate, review, deliver. Connect the steps that make the work useful.

Four stages of report automationSelect a stage to explore the approach.

Make the inputs and rules explicit.

Organize Excel inputs, indicator codes, and comparison criteria. Separate what follows fixed rules from what needs individualized interpretation.

Connect repetitive production steps.

Use Claude Code to connect structured inputs with PPT and PDF generation. Keep rule-based generation distinct from AI-assisted personalized interpretation.

Make room for informed human checks.

Flag potentially problematic outputs and define review responsibilities. In the large-scale assessment project, 200 senior-leader reports received a separate detailed review.

Shape the output around its reader.

Adapt depth and format for reports, executive summaries and HR fields. Explore different tones and lengths for the same state, including the demands of spoken delivery.

  • Redesigned requirements, deliverables, and review processes to connect large-scale assessments with automated reporting
  • Designed report generation, interpretation, and content workflows using Claude Code, Claude Cowork, and RAG
  • Analyzed leadership and organizational data for SK Group, SK hynix, Samsung C&T, and other clients
  • Partnered with developers and designers on AI interpretation product planning, prompts, and quality criteria

  • Designed item structures and interpretation frameworks for three psychological assessment tools
  • Analyzed responses from 15,000-20,000 participants per assessment to develop classification criteria

  • Presented research and provided English product demonstrations and interpretation at CES 2023
