The problem
Differences in workforce composition and trends across affiliates required explicit comparison criteria, a group overview and detailed organizational analysis.
The approach
- Compared personal wellbeing, workplace happiness and burnout across affiliates, roles and tenure groups
- Separated matched respondent changes in 2024–2025 from annual respondent averages in 2023–2025
- Reviewed related factors through correlation, regression and relative-weight analysis and outlined follow-up priorities
- Combined reporting categories for small groups to reduce the possibility of identifying individuals
- Examined cross-company and scoring comparisons in leadership assessments and prepared next-generation leader HR records
