The problem
An assessment covering more than 1,000 participants required consistent inputs and interpretation rules, with a process to handle production and detailed review at scale.
The approach
- Standardized inputs, indicator codes, and interpretation rules
- Connected Excel inputs to PPT/PDF generation using Claude Code
- Flagged potentially problematic outputs for detailed review
- Structured a separate set of HR input comments in the format requested by SUPEX

The 48-hour figure covers the generation and output batch, not the full project or completion of final quality review. The 240 HR input records are a separate deliverable included in the 380 records in the SUPEX case.
